 Meet pig farmer Jimmy Doherty along with two producers including Cornerways Nusery and maverick turkey breeder Paul Kelly of Kelly Turkey's for an interactive food and wine session.
To begin with they will explain the farming practices they have developed to get the best quality from their produce, guests will then have the opportunity to sample some of Jimmy's rare breed sausages, belly of pork and Paul's award winning 'Kellybronze' turkey. Food will be paired with wines and beers selected by Vinopolis' wine expert Tom Forrest. At the end of the session all guests will receive a complimentary copy of Jimmy's book 'On the Farm'.
There will be 2 sessions, one at 12pm and another at 3pm, both lasting one hour.
