All our gammon is traditionally dry cured here on the farm using a combination of salt, salt petre and brown sugar.

On or off the bone Gammon is now eaten all year round, not just on Boxing Day!

All our Gammons are suitable for home freezing.

Deliveries:
* Orders can be placed 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
* Deliveries are on a Thursday.
* Orders placed before 2:00pm on a Monday will be delivered on the Thursday.
