Jimmy's Farm Beef

Well marbled, slowly matured and hung for at least 3 weeks, we believe our beef is some of the best in the United Kingdom.

We have now started our own Red-Poll herd here on the farm. The Red Poll is an indigenous East Anglian breed and was produced predominantly for it's well marbled beef. However, it has now been categorised as rare breed so we're doing our best to bring it back.

Other Suppliers to our Farm Shop: Andrew St Joseph is a local producer of British White Cattle. He has a beautiful herd that we are occasionally lucky enough to have in our shop.
